Malediction's Rotten Fruit

What graver form of malevolence is it than for the head of the Church to write books laced throughout with heresy, and then say that the biggest evil is "coming from within the Church?"

Which Church was Benedict XVI addressing? Pre Vatican II or Post Vatican II? It is a strange truth coming from the top.

Benedict XVI, the writer of many books, which reportedly call into question the ancient teachings of Holy Mother Church, is both within and the head of a Church.

Informed reason and faith require that we ask, “Has Benedict XVI et al. condemned himself before God?” For God has made clear that He will not be mocked. No wonder our Lady exhorts us to pray for the Pope.

There is a familiar strain coming from Rome, a strain that misleads and disinforms.

We see in the temporal world where evil destroys then presents itself as the righteous tool of reform.  Unfortunately, we have come to know and sadly expect that there are many similar and varied examples of hidden malediction among leaders of political parties.  However, we do not expect its perversity to be exercised by leaders coming from the top of the Church, let alone from the keeper(s) of Christ’s Keys.   

The punishment for such criminality against the Triune God is frighteningly unfathomable, as hapless seekers of truth seek safe harbor, and so we pray for God’s mercy and enlightenment.
